Can’t go to the Gym?

With all of the local gyms and leisure centres constantly asked to close across the UK due to the health pandemic impact it's not surprising that you may just want to quit. .
I will talk through your goals and what you want to achieve while they’re closed and then put together a plan to get the most out of your time during lockdown.

Bored of YouTube?

Tired of using YouTube as your training buddy or do you need someone that can advise you 0n how well you are performing? Someone who can modify it instantly if you are tired or injured?
That’s understandable. A lot of the workouts can become repetitive. Having your personal coach there with you for each session is going to make a huge difference.

Control your time?

So things are a little different, but life still goes on. Working at home is the new norm but you still have to try to juggle many other things simultaneously including needing time to workout a few times a week.
Simply schedule me in when you want to workout. I can start with you as early as 6am and as late as 9pm. Whatever time suits you.

There will be cheaper options out there, just like everything in life. I provide a bespoke approach with experience to help you get where you need to be and my prices reflect that.
