As part of my Personal Training service, you will get a guided diet plan as part of your service. This step-by-step food contains a guide to delicious recipes that don’t compromise on your eating habits, thus ensuring that you hit your weight and health targets on time.

You also get regular assessments and hands-on stretching before and or after your sessions (when required). Also, all minor strains, aches, daily stress and exhaustion will be handled with care and attention

Your body: Together I help you adopt the right individual lifestyle programme that gets the results you deserve quickly and safely.

Designing a bespoke programme that considers any injuries, areas of weakness, any allergies – not forgetting low-esteem and mental health.

Your time: Your 1:1 fitness session is scheduled at a time that works for you. If it’s at my Bromley base, nearby park or online, it’s really your call.

You Are Unique

So, when you become an Active Life Forever client, I’ll treat you as you are expected to be treated. My role is to help you achieve your fitness goals, which means my programmes and advice are specific to your concerns.

During your initial consultation, we’ll talk about your goals. Then, after your assessment (which all new clients have), I’ll write a specific workout programme for your body/mind. If you have any injuries, posture pain or any other concerns then this is also taken into account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Sessions missed will be charged if not cancelled within 24 hrs prior. Session packages are valid for 3-6 months from the purchased date and then they are expired. Also, extra charges could be added for sessions away from my base, including added travelling/parking fees.
  • All sessions (except extra services) have an initial 1-month contract agreement with a minimum payment of 2 sessions in advance. My Holistic Exercise & Lifestyle Process (H.E.L.P.) including the health assessment is a standard requirement and part of the programme.
  • Please ensure you follow the COVID-19 guidelines before we meet.

FOOD PLAN PACKAGES

Diet & Nutrition Coach

The Diet Only Package is available to anyone who needs a good sound easy-to-follow cookbook guide that’s tasty, nutritious and effective towards their health and fitness goals. If you are self-motivated towards an active lifestyle but the scales and clothes are not quite responding as well as you would like, fear no more.

Let me assess your lifestyle through my holistic questionnaire process (including a mini-assessment*) and once you’ve filled in the Diet Plan Contact form and made payment then I’ll give you a health report plus a personalised 7-day diet plan. The diet takes in consideration of your chosen eating path. That may be carb loaded, protein based, vegetarian, vegan, paleo or keto, regardless your way of eating I will have a diet plan that looks, taste and more importantly have the right number of macronutrients and calories to help you achieve your objective. For example, weight loss or weight gain.

Once you’ve told me your weight and what your target weight is plus a few other statistic figures then I will calculate what your daily caloric need is and design your food plan around that total. I recommend that you use MyFitnessPal or MyPlate calorie app to help you at the beginning.
