I am a certified C.H.E.K Practitioner and lifestyle coach, and trained by the CHEK Institute to be a higher level of health and fitness professional.
As a practitioner trained by the institute I will analyse your diet, exercise and stress on the body – evaluate if and how these are affecting you – and then discuss with you towards a better and happy outcome.
The approach is built on three key themes: Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology, Lifestyle Management and Coaching.
The human body is an integrated system of systems – what happens in the digestive system can impact the musculoskeletal system, for example. This basically means our choices about diet, rest, and movement can impact our overall health in a wide variety of ways.

My method to movement and fitness combines knowledge of functional anatomy, with an understanding of the relationships between the musculoskeletal system and the glands, organs, posture, and breathing to create a full picture of the human body. By using the many assessments and program design techniques that I have at my disposal is known as the CHEK Approach to Exercise, Health & Happiness.
