Can I train with a friend?
I strongly recommend training with a friend or a small group to motivate one another and also to share the cost.
Can I get the same results using 1:1 online personal training
Absolutely, you just need space, good internet connection and the right attitude.
How quickley will I see results?
In 2-3 weeks provided you put in the effort, follow my advice and don’t “cheat”, and deviate too much from your food plan. You’ll also notice a big difference in your sleep, mood and energy levels and from two months onwards you will significantly notice your body shape changes which will make you happy.
Do you do home or park visit?
Yes, I do in and around my surrounding area. Note there may be extra charges.
What's personal training like?
The training is specific to your current health condition and your activity history. By this we will be working 2-3 times weekly with a bespoke programme that’s perfect for you or your group aiming to reach your goal. There will be variety and homework too, but it will always be FUN.
What if I can't do the exercises?
There is always another way to achieve an outcome and with my 30 years’ experience in many areas rest reassured I will have an alternative exercise or movement pattern.
