The workouts can be done with no equipment and in the comfort of your own home, but if you are a member of the gym you can complete the workouts there too. The workouts are between 20-60 minutes and are suitable for beginners to fitness fanatics. Home dumbbells are a bonus as are the gym visits but not essential. Attitude and DAILY applications is really KEY to success.
I will post the workouts and you will choose what food plan suits your lifestyle. Always start with workout programme 1 then 2 then ... You've got the idea. If unsure ask me for advice. I will set up a private members only group on Facebook so that we can all share daily successes and frustrations together.
