As we age it is important that eat and exercise right, thus it is we do both in structured ways to enhance our life.

To do this, I have developed Time to Heal, a bespoke programme in partnership with Jenny Campbell, owner of The Guava Kitchen, an experienced well-being plant-based advisor; to develop Time to Heal, a new fitness, and tropical plant-based meal plan programme for people over 40.

The Time to Heal programme will not only make it easier for you to find the time but also to recondition your mind, so hopefully, it will not feel like hard work.
