If you are self-motivated towards an active lifestyle but the scales and clothes are not quite responding as well as you would like, fear no more.
Let me assess your lifestyle through my holistic questionnaire process (including a mini-assessment*) and once you've filled in the Diet Plan Contact form and made payment then I’ll give you a health report plus a personalised 7 day diet plan. The diet takes inconsideration of your chosen eaten path. That may be carb loaded, protein based, vegetarian, vegan, paleo or keto, regardless your way of eating I will have a diet plan that looks, taste and more importantly have the right amount of macronutrients and calories to help you achieve your objective. For example weight loss or weight gain.
Once you’ve told me your weight and what your target weight is plus a few other statistic figures then I will calculate what your daily caloric need is and design your food plan around that total. I recommend that you use MyFitnessPal or myplate calorie app to help you at the beginning. NB.
